Our Specialty is Translating Legalese to English
Sometimes, legal documents can read like a foreign language. We take pride in helping our clients understand the nuts and bolts of the legalese, whether by reviewing a contract they have been asked to sign and pointing out possible pitfalls, or by creating a legally binding document out of their business plans and ideas. Whenever possible, we try to draft documents in “plain English” and avoid as much legal jargon as possible. We feel that this is the most modern, thoughtful approach to lawyering.
